- Product Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Return Window: You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the product. After 3 days, we cannot accept returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return a product, follow these simple steps:
Ship the Item: Once you receive our confirmation, carefully pack the product and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Contact Us: Email our customer support at contact@latestwala.com with your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Provide Video Evidence: Please shoot a clear video of the product, showing its condition, and attach it to your email. This helps us assess the return eligibility.
Receive Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or damage (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the item was damaged during shipping or you received a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage/defect when you contact us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
